Sal Grosso – Infused Sea Salt
Every time I grill at home, my friends ask me what seasoning I put on the meat to make it so tender and juicy, and I always joke it is a secret ingredient. But it isn’t really, it is just coarse sea salt. So I decided to share this “secret” ingredient with all of you, with a nice twist, of course. 
Our “solar” sea salt comes from the Atlantic Sea, harvested from the pristine blue waters of the Brazilian coast. We infuse our salts using special ingredient combinations that will enhance the flavor of your dishes.

In the great spirit of the Napa Valley, this salt is infused with one of my favorite red wines, Petit Sirah, made right here in our dear Valley.
