Pizza Crust (gluten free)
Made with tapioca flour and cheese, our pizza crust is a delicious gluten free treat. The dough already tastes deliciously of pizza, with its blend of sundried tomatoes, oregano, and mozzarella cheese. The 9-inch crust is pre-baked for your convenience and ready to receive your favorite toppings!
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Remove paper disc from the bottom of crust
3. Brush olive oil on both sides
4. Place the frozen crust on a baking sheet and add toppings as desired.
5. Bake for approx. 20 minutes for soft crust.
For crispier crust, bake directly on oven rack.
Pizza Crust: tapioca starch, cotija and parmesan cheese (cultured pasteurized grade A part skim milk, salt and enzymes), eggs, olive oil, low fat yogurt (cultured pasteurized Grade A fat free milk and milk), salt, low moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), sundried tomato and dried oregano.

Focaccia Bread (gluten free)
Made with tapioca flour and cheese, our Focaccia Bread is a delicious gluten free treat. It is topped with Sweet Vidalia Onions blanched in olive oil and chopped fresh Rosemary. The 10 oz crust is pre-baked for your convenience and ready to receive your favorite toppings, or enjoyed as is!
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Remove paper from the bottom of bread.
3. Brush olive oil lightly on the bottom side.
4. Place the frozen bread on a baking sheet lined parchment or foil.
5. Bake for approx. 15 to 20 minutes until bread is heated through.
6. Enjoy it as is or with dipping sauces.
